Dr Joep van den Broeke holds the position of senior researcher at KWR Watercycle Research Institue. At KWR he works in the Innovation and Valorisation team, which initiates and coordinates research and innovation in the water sector. Dr. van den Broeke has extensive water related experience, with a focus on water quality. He has gathered this experience through his work with various stakeholders in de water industry. Research and the implementation and application of innovative technologies, bringing together the parties required for succesful technologie innovation, and sharing knowledge, have been his core activities. As part of the positions he has held, he has gained experience with national and internatioanl research programmes, market development and acquisition. At KWR Dr van den Broeke is responsible for the development of (international) research projects and project ideas.
